There is a fixed postage for all orders of $14.95, large or small.
Unfortunately, we are unable to send to Tasmania or Western Australia due to those states having strict quarantine regulations for importing plants.

We use Australia Post as our carrier and find them very reliable. We are in Oakbank in the Adelaide Hills, a rural area close to Adelaide, so we are able to use an Adelaide metro post office for quicker post times.

We post every Friday afternoon starting late August to ensure delivery early in the working week. From here Australia Post sorts and is in transit over the weekend, most city deliveries are made on Monday or Tuesday with  rural areas taking a day or two longer depending on location.  This gives you flexibility to collect at your post office if needed.

If you require express or registered delivery, please contact us after placing your order to  arrange for payment of additional costs. If you have any specific delivery instructions there is a text field in the checkout form that you can use.

You will be sent an email notification one week prior to posting.  If you prefer a specific delivery date later in spring, contact us and we will arrange delivery for that date.
